ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Refunds are available if there are damages to the item(s) via shipping. This policy lasts 7 days. If more than 7 days has gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
At least 3 pictures of damages should be sent to support@shopjmia.com including a brief description of the situation.
